Remote data collection servers :
- Process the remote data collection of transactions performed off-line
- Provide the updating of parameters of each EPT and of opposition lists
- Provide the secured dialogue with electronic payment terminals
- Multiplex in order to process all requests received via IP (native and GPRS), STN
- Multi-channel to absorb all simultaneous requests

Authorisation servers :
- Responds to on-line requests from payment terminals
- Provides the secured dialogue with electronic payment terminals
- Processes all types of transaction: debit, credit, rights verification, etc.
- Multiplex in order to process all requests received via IP (native and GPRS), STN
- Multi-channel to absorb all simultaneous requests
- Redundant and secured in order to ensure continuity of service
Client relations sites and media :
- Guarantee a high level of interactivity in client relations
- Provide a quality, multiplex, targeted and multimedia client relationship
- Enable personalisation and targeting of marketing initiatives
- Facilitate integration with existing sites and tools (via webservices)
Transactional terminals :
- Implement transactions with clients via the software and services supplied by SMARTFIDELIS
- Are adapted to process all types of client identification: magnetic strip cards, smart cards, contactless smart cards, 2D barcodes, OTP (One Time Password)
- Software is compatible with market standards: all models TPE INGENICO (Thélium 1 and 2), TPE HYPERCOM, Internet, all web browsers
- The webservices guarantee facilitated integration with client intranet sites, with SaaS mode report generators, and with business applications
- SMARTFIDELIS also supplies turnkey solutions: dedicated and shared sites, and interactive voice response servers (IVR)
The technical platform is therefore constructed on 4 integrated and modular applications levels:
- The client relations management servers that host the different databases, and enable management of the multi-channel relational marketing campaigns.
These are deployed in services mode (SaaS), or in “turnkey” mode
- Transactional authorisation servers, for telecollection and dialogue with transactional terminals, and push media servers enabling the implementation of multi-channel communications actions, and of webservices libraries
- Transactional applications, particularly software for electronic payment terminals (EPTs) in autonomous or integrated automatic transaction systems mode, secured readers, webservices integrated in professional applications, and transactional internet sites
- Bearer identification media, from the simplest identification codes (1 or 2D barcode, mobile phone number and one time password), magnetic strip cards, etc… through to contact and contactless smart cards, native or JAVA platforms, and EMV cards.
The SMARTFIDELIS platform is totally configurable for the different types of programmes, whether in on-line mode, in off-line mode or in combined mode, and enables management of multi-services and multi-programmes applications.
Based on the Internet, the different types of cards and now mobile telephony, the SMARTFIDELIS services are:
